Albatross Marina & Slipway in Lemon Tree Passage offers competitive slipping rates and quality antifouling services for vessels of all sizes. Our slipway can accommodate a wide range of boats; catamarans up to 8.5m wide, yachts up to 2.5m draft, trawlers up to 75 tonne. On site marine mechanic and chandlery to assist with all your boating needs. DIY or leave it to our team of professionals to do the work for you.

ADDITIONAL DAYS

Extra days on the Cradle will be charged at

Vessels under 39’ = $150.00 per day
Vessels 40’ – 49’ = $175.00 per day
Vessels 50’ & over = $185.00 per day

HIRE OF WATER BLASTER

$100.00 set fee and/or per hour thereafter.

WASH DOWN BY MARINA PERSONNEL

Marina Personnel will remove barnacles & water pressure blast the vessel at $175.00 P/h

ENVIRONMENTAL FEE

Charged to all vessels. Minimum $125 Maximum $300

Antifouling Services

Contract antifouling services are carried out by Marina Personnel at the rate of $40.00 per foot for single hull vessels or Catamarans at $55.00 per foot (ex GST).

The above antifouling rates are additional to Slipping Fees applicable to the size of the Vessels and include washing down, removing of growth & barnacles, acid wash down of the entire hull and applying primer & antifouling. Rate excludes GST.

There will be no water blaster charges, nor any extra day (weather) charges if the vessel is required to stay on the cradle for ANTIFOULING purposes only.

Additional day fees will apply if the Vessel is needed to be kept on the cradle for mechanical and/or shipwright repairs or delays.

All persons including tradespeople are to report to the Marina Manager before entering the slipway area.
